Privacy Statement

At TestPulse, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Statement outlines how we handle your information when you use our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Statement. We reserve the right to update this statement as necessary to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Data Collection and Usage

Test Execution and Coverage Data:

We store your test execution and coverage data in our databases to provide you with detailed reports on your code’s performance and health. This may include the names of the test methods and containers, as well as production classes and their coverage information.

GitHub Permissions:

To deliver our services, we require read and write access to your GitHub repositories. Specifically, we need permissions to:

  • Read and write pull requests to post comments about the healthiness of the pull request.
  • Read your source code to display the coverage of each file.
  • Read your organization data to know which users should have access to your repository.

It’s important to highlight that, even though we have permissions to read your source code, we do not store it on our servers, not even temporarily. Every time you request coverage information of a specific file, we request the current source code to GitHub and pass it directly to our front-end.

Data Retention and Deletion

Termination of Service:

Upon termination of your subscription, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. Backups of your data are deleted every 15 days to ensure that no residual data remains.

Security Measures

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
