I just added a new organization / repository to TestPulse, but I can’t see it in my dashboard.

It might take a while for TestPulse’s front-end app to notice you have a new repository. Try logging off and logging in again in TestPulse, as that should force the reload of all the organizations and repositories you have access.

How do I give access permissions to the members of team to see TestPulse’s reports?

All the github users that have access to that repository are automatically granted permission. All they have to do is to login to TestPulse.
